SEND Learning Support Assistant

Salary Range B3 £24, 293 to £25, 978

Actual Salary £16, 941 per annum (will vary dependant on hours)

Term Time Only Plus 5 Days (8.30am-3pm Mon-Fri)

Flexible hours may be available for the right candidate due to team expansion

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and skilled SEND Learning Support Assistant to enhance the educational experience of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within a mainstream secondary school setting.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in an educational environment, a solid understanding of SEND, and a commitment to empowering young individuals to reach their full potential.

Proficiency in supporting GCSE subjects such as mathematics, English, and science is highly desirable.

The successful applicant will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals focused on delivering exceptional learning experiences for all students. You will work closely with the classroom teacher and SEND Coordinator to foster both personal and academic growth among students.
