We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and skilled SEND Learning Support Assistant to enhance the educational experience of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities within a mainstream secondary school setting.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in an educational environment, a solid understanding of SEND, and a strong commitment to empowering young individuals to achieve their full potential.

Proficiency in supporting subjects such as GCSE mathematics, English, and science will be considered a significant advantage.

The successful applicant will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals focused on delivering exceptional learning experiences for all students. You will work closely with the classroom teacher and SEND Coordinator to facilitate both personal and academic growth for students.
