Job Overview

Perpetual Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead and grow service sales across a designated area. As a key member of the service sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the company's presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in service sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the engineering industry.
