Job Title: Transport Team Leader (PM Shift)

ArrowXL is seeking a skilled Transport Team Leader to join our team in Worcester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of skilled service delivery crews, ensuring efficient fleet utilisation and cost control. They will also identify opportunities for improved efficiencies within the Transport function and implement changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled service delivery crews
  • Efficient fleet utilisation and cost control
  • Identify opportunities for improved efficiencies within the Transport function
  • Resourcing, development, and leadership of all colleagues within the team

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working within transport
  • Demonstrable experience improving transport operations
  • Experience of leading and coaching teams
  • Able to develop, understand and interpret financial data to manage and improve resource costs
  • Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen
  • Possess a good knowledge of Road Transport Regulations
  • Full UK driving licence

Package Description:

  • 40 hours per week, on a 5/7 rota (working every other Saturday)
  • Working hours: 13:30 to 22:00
  • Basic hourly rate of £13.39, plus 10% Shift Allowance
