About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Qualified Social Worker, you will be responsible for working with vulnerable adults and providing high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and develop care plans for adult service users
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure effective care delivery
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Registered Social Worker with Social Work England
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in adult social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
