Remedy Social Work is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our team in the Referral and Assessment department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking child protection investigations, safety and contingency planning, and building strong relationships with families and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake child protection investigations and safety and contingency planning to ensure the well-being of children and young people.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, their support network, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to team management, deputising for team leaders and potentially supervising ASYE or students.
- Ensure that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording.
- Participate in reflective supervision and group supervision to continuously improve practice.
