We are in search of an accomplished Head of Humanitarian Policy Initiatives to define our strategic direction, spearhead impactful research, and enhance our policy engagement in crisis situations. This role is pivotal in strengthening our collaborative efforts and amplifying our influence.

About the Humanitarian Policy Initiatives

The Humanitarian Policy Initiatives team is recognized as a leading group of policy researchers and analysts addressing humanitarian challenges. We merge high-caliber policy analysis with the ability to serve as an independent facilitator for discussions and debates. This is an opportune moment to join our team as we launch a new strategic plan aimed at improving outcomes for individuals affected by crises and fostering connections between humanitarian and developmental actions.

At the core of our work are research, advocacy, and convening. About You

You will be a distinguished authority in crisis response, equipped with the expertise to provide intellectual guidance across a diverse research and policy landscape. Your ability to leverage our organization's strengths in development, climate, and peace will be essential in navigating crises effectively. As a proficient communicator, you will excel in high-level advocacy and impactful convening. A proven track record in strategic leadership and business development will be vital, along with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and manage a talented team.
