About the Project

The International Rescue Committee and Edge Effect are collaborating on the TRANSFORM project, a vital initiative focused on promoting diversity and inclusion within humanitarian response through impactful visual identity.

Your Role as Graphic Designer

We seek a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to this crucial project. You will play a key role in crafting a comprehensive visual identity pack that is both inclusive and accessible to diverse audiences across various languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a compelling and representative logo for the TRANSFORM project.
  • Design user-friendly PowerPoint and publication templates that align with established style guides.
  • Create other essential project materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, or French.
  • Experience in the humanitarian sector or diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives is highly valued.
