The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately typing clinical correspondence and providing administrative support to specific areas within the Ophthalmology department.
Flexibility is essential, as you will assist in various areas based on service level requirements, offering additional typing and clerical support as needed.
You will collaborate with the management team and will be assigned to areas that require immediate assistance. While you will not have budgetary control, it is important to be mindful of budget constraints within the Ophthalmology department.
The role involves working as part of a team to ensure that the clinical support needs of the department are met, facilitating continuity of service delivery through effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Note: As this position is part-time, the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
