About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning process for mechanical and electrical systems on a large-scale commercial project in West London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the full commissioning process for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring project requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless integration of M&E services.
  • Lead mechanical commissioning activities and provide technical expertise across the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Deliver on time, ensuring quality and safety remain top priorities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale projects within the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge and background in M&E with a focus on mechanical commissioning.
  • Previous experience working on high-value projects, ideally with budgets exceeding £30m.
  • Ability to manage and deliver commissioning processes on complex residential or commercial builds.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
