Role Responsibilities

This position involves covering designated areas and includes a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and reviewing individual care plans.
  • Providing practical training and clinical supervision to care staff.
  • Utilizing your clinical expertise to guide healthcare workers in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Engaging with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Case Management, Social Services, and healthcare facilities.
  • Participating in a paid on-call support rota on a rotational basis.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. To excel in this rewarding position, you should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, and empathetic.
