Job Title: Customer Success Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at h2 Recruit. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts in the EMEA region, providing top-notch support and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 40+ client accounts in the EMEA region
  • Provide exceptional customer support and onboarding
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Success and Account Management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention
  • Strong understanding of Marketing Technology and related solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £45,000 - £50,000
  • Uncapped bonus/commission plan: £20,000+ per annum
