Job Title: Business ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead and supervise a team, ensuring the efficiency and profitability of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing business plans, strategies, and goals that align with our growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive performance and profitability.
- Lead and supervise a team to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
- Regularly assess and report on site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Knowledge of business processes, strategy development, and commercial principles.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
