At Swim Careers, we're revolutionizing swimming and changing lives. As a Business and Contract Performance Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our business operations and driving sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans to ensure performance against the balanced scorecard
  • Supervise and provide feedback to the team to improve efficiency and quality
  • Ensure all venue operations meet organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, safeguarding, data, and equality laws
  • Analyze and interpret external and internal data to inform performance and responsibilities
  • Assess and report site performance against objectives
  • Contribute to the storytelling of our people across the Swim Careers brand
Requirements:
  • Commercially driven with experience of working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of the role, including health and safety, safeguarding, first aid, equality, and diversity, and data protection
  • Excellent financial acumen, including knowledge of revenue/target setting and financial management packs
  • Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
  • Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role
  • Customer service focused, with a commitment to quality standards
