  • Manage a pipeline of properties sold subject to contract, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.
  • Chase mortgage offers and communicate effectively with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and buyers.
  • Keep in touch with agents and update managers on the sale process.
  • Update CRM and Vendor portal to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Progress sales through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Brilliant customer service skills and experience in Sales Progression or Conveyancing.
  • Great organizational skills and confidence in communicating with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
