Ambitious Group is seeking a skilled Sales Progressor to join their team
Proud to provide customers a unique way of selling their homes, this firm has in excess of 25 years experience.
As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, updating and maintaining notes, and liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties and update notes accordingly
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and other estate agents to progress sales
- Upsell recommended financial services and solicitors
Requirements
- Either Estate Agency Sales Progression or Conveyancing Experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
What we offer
- Annual salary £28,000
- Commission scheme
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Every other Saturday or Sunday, 10am-4pm
