POSITION SUMMARY

Join our esteemed Global Compliance Division as a Vice President, focusing on the compliance landscape of Corporate Treasury and Executive Office. This pivotal role is designed to uphold the standards of conduct essential for navigating the complex regulatory environment in EMEA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver comprehensive compliance oversight for Corporate Treasury and Executive Office, emphasizing regulatory and conduct risk management.
  • Provide real-time compliance guidance to the Corporate Treasury Department, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the Corporate Treasury Division in its functional areas, including trading operations that manage liabilities and execute hedging strategies.
  • Engage in proactive risk mitigation, advising on regulatory matters, new products, and business initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into compliance issues and manage relationships with internal stakeholders regarding conduct-related matters.
  • Participate in global initiatives to reinforce the firm’s compliance framework.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory roles, particularly within Corporate Treasury or Treasury trading.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees in relevant fields are advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating sound judgment and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory landscapes and challenge existing processes to enhance compliance measures.
