DMJ Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent Asset Management firm in search of a Company Secretarial Vice President to enhance their esteemed team. This opportunity offers not merely a job, but a chance for professional advancement, influence, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding the highest standards of governance across a diverse portfolio of companies located in EMEA.
- Facilitating effective communication between Boards, Committees, and the business to ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Overseeing the timely execution of essential company secretarial functions.
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships with Chairpersons and Directors of the entities under your purview.
- Exercising a significant degree of autonomy to tailor the role to your expertise.
Qualifications:
- A robust background in company secretarial practices, particularly within the financial services industry.
- A comprehensive understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Possession of a professional qualification such as ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) or an equivalent credential.
