Exciting Opportunity: IT Support Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for clients reporting IT-related issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Organize and prioritize support requests
  • Set up new client devices
  • Provide both remote and on-site assistance to clients
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 4 GCSEs, including Mathematics, English, and ICT
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A passion for acquiring new technological skills
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Training Opportunities:

Throughout this apprenticeship, you will acquire knowledge in data protection, hardware and software management, computer networking, and more. You will work towards achieving the Information Communications Technician Level 3 qualification.
