At Arcus Solutions, our cleaning staff play a crucial role in our operations. We are currently seeking a part-time In-Store Cleaner to join our team. This position is based in a retail environment and offers a permanent contract with a commitment of 21.5 hours per week, compensated at an hourly rate of £11.44.

We offer flexible shift patterns, with opportunities for early morning, afternoon, and evening work, including weekends. The typical shift schedule for this role includes:

Sunday: 05:30 - 08:30

Monday: Day Off

Tuesday: 13:30 - 17:00

Wednesday: 13:30 - 17:00

Thursday: 13:30 - 17:00

Friday: 13:00 - 17:00

Saturday: 13:00 - 17:00

There is also potential for additional hours through overtime.

As a cleaner at Arcus Solutions, you will take pride in ensuring that our retail locations are clean and safe for customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing cleaning equipment
  • Performing comprehensive cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to uphold cleanliness standards
  • Cleaning various areas, including restrooms, surfaces, and windows
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, ensuring they are free from debris
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

We provide thorough training to support your success in this role.

What We Are Looking For:

While previous cleaning experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we offer on-the-job training.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness

A positive approach to customer service and cleaning tasks

Please note that access to a smartphone capable of using our Arcus Connect App for time and attendance tracking is a requirement for this position.
