At Arcus Solutions, our cleaning staff play a crucial role in our operations. We are currently seeking a part-time In-Store Cleaning Operative to join our team. This position is based in a retail environment and offers a permanent contract with a commitment of 21.5 hours per week, compensated at an hourly rate of £11.44.

We provide flexible shift patterns to accommodate various schedules, with opportunities for early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends. The current shift schedule for this role includes:

Sunday: 05:30 - 08:30

Monday: Day Off

Tuesday: 13:30 - 17:00

Wednesday: 13:30 - 17:00

Thursday: 13:30 - 17:00

Friday: 13:00 - 17:00

Saturday: 13:00 - 17:00

There is also potential for additional hours through overtime.

As a member of the Arcus cleaning team, you will take pride in ensuring that our retail spaces are clean and safe for all customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Performing thorough cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping to uphold high cleanliness standards
  • Cleaning various areas, including restrooms, surfaces, and windows
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, including trolley bays, free from debris
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What You Will Need:

While previous cleaning experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we offer on-the-job training.
