Job Summary

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the management of Transthyretin Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert care coordination, organizing delivery and administration of specialist treatments, and coordinating research activity for our national caseload of patients with ATTR-CM.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care coordination for patients with ATTR-CM, including coordination of nurse-led clinics and specialist treatments.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of research protocols and studies related to ATTR-CM.
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members and healthcare professionals on ATTR-CM management and care.
