About the Role

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Transthyretin Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) service. As a Senior CNS, you will provide expert care for patients with TTR amyloidosis, coordinate nurse-led clinics, and organize the delivery and administration of specialist treatments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care and support to patients with TTR amyloidosis
  • Coordinate nurse-led clinics and ensure seamless patient care
  • Organize the delivery and administration of specialist treatments
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in TTR amyloidosis
  • Post-registration experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
