Clinical Care Specialist

The Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in a care home setting. This will involve creating a safe and supportive environment, making critical clinical decisions, and delivering excellent care across all aspects of the role.
Main Responsibilities of the Clinical Care SpecialistAs a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for developing tailored care plans, providing medication safely, and delivering excellence across everything you do. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.

Requirements for the Clinical Care Specialist Role- Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
