As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, working closely with clients to drive growth, profitability, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations to drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in digital marketing.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong understanding of the Google Stack and other key technologies, including social media platforms and email marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence client decision-making and build strong relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
