We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a Night Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities, including washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and meal assistance.
- Lead the medication round and ensure accurate administration.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide high-quality care and support.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
- Ensure compliance with fire procedures, health and safety legislation, and safeguarding policies.
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in a care home environment is desirable but not essential.
