Overview:
Are you dedicated to providing outstanding customer support? Do you have a background in a customer service outsourcing setting? If you are a native Finnish speaker or have achieved CEFR Level C1 proficiency in Finnish, we invite you to consider joining the team at Recruitment Fox Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and delivering effective solutions.
2. Document case resolutions in the customer service platform based on interactions via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
3. Ensure timely resolution of cases in accordance with established service metrics.
4. Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate team leader as required.

Qualifications:
- Native Finnish speaker or near-native proficiency (CEFR Level C1).
- Experience in a customer service outsourcing environment is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Proficient English skills (B1+ or higher) in both written and spoken forms to accurately understand documentation and log information in client systems.
