About the Company
Our client is a prominent property development group located in the North of England, overseeing a diverse portfolio of over 2000 residential properties. They specialize in acquiring properties from the open market and transforming them to meet the standards required for rental and resale.
All operations, including property surveying, renovations, lettings, maintenance, rent collections, property management, legal services, sales, and marketing, are conducted in-house.
Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year in an administrative role.
Role Overview
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The successful candidate will handle daily administrative responsibilities, which include:
- Logging information accurately
- Organizing tasks efficiently
- Ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the office
Essential Skills
We seek an individual with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity, who demonstrates initiative and professionalism while managing daily tasks and processes effectively.

- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient data entry skills
Additionally, candidates should possess:
- General IT proficiency
- Good typing speed
- A collaborative team spirit
- Strong coordination skills among team members
Key Competencies
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to log and enter data across various applications.
- Communication Skills: Capable of engaging with a diverse range of individuals professionally, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and deliver results promptly while logging information and assigning tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience, starting at £23,000 per annum.
