About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy and vision within your domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Roadmap Development: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs.
  • Goals and Alignment: Establish clear goals and objectives with the Principal Product Manager and align your team to ensure everyone is working towards the same outcomes.
  • Problem Space Exploration: Conduct thorough research and analysis to define the problem space and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Design and Research Collaboration: Work closely with designers and researchers to refine customer insights and develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Prioritisation: Make informed decisions about feature prioritization based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Scoping and Trade-offs: Define the scope for mid-sized features, balancing business value and technical complexity.
  • GTM Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing to develop launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches that drive business results.
  • User and Data Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and leverage data insights to inform product decisions.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions to inform product development and ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
  • Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively overcoming obstacles and driving results.
