• Goals and Alignment: Establish clear goals and objectives with the Principal Product Manager and align your team to ensure everyone is working towards the same outcomes.
• Problem Space Exploration: Conduct thorough research and analysis to define the problem space and identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Design and Research Collaboration: Work closely with designers and researchers to refine customer insights and develop features that meet customer needs.
• Prioritisation: Make informed decisions about feature prioritization based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Scoping and Trade-offs: Define the scope for mid-sized features, balancing business needs with technical constraints and resource availability.
• GTM Collaboration: Work with Product Marketing to develop launch plans, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches that drive business results.
• User and Data Focus: Stay focused on user needs and leverage data insights to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on market trends and conditions to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
• Effective Communication: Foster clear and frequent communication with your team and stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
• Ownership and Drive: Take ownership of problems and solutions, proactively overcoming obstacles and driving business results.
