Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the feature development of our People First SaaS product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating the strategic rationale behind roadmap initiatives and contributing to shaping the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap Development: Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for the product roadmap, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- User and Data Focus: Analyze user needs and leverage data insights to inform product development decisions.
- Business Acumen: Apply business knowledge to drive product development and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Decisive Decision Making: Make informed decisions based on data analysis and evaluation of options.
- Qualifications: Ideally CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified.
