- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gain feedback and validation.
- Develop and maintain a clear product strategy, roadmap, and backlog based on industry knowledge and feedback.
- Design user experiences that delight customers, employees, and increase our competitive advantage.
- Manage the product backlog with continued refinement, review, and prioritization.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog aligned with the product vision and involve other stakeholders to foster the sharing of knowledge and ideas.
- Work with the Engineering team to ensure efficient development and delivery of new features and products.
- Participate in the review of solutions throughout their development to ensure they solve the intended problem and deliver on the targeted outcomes.
- Collaborate with product marketing to produce go-to-market kits, ensuring business readiness and supporting knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate with marketing to promote new features and integrations, ensuring they add benefits to customers and provide a ROI for MHR.
- Advocate for the product on which you are currently working.
- Work with Research to ensure the latest technical and sociological trends are evaluated as part of new features.
- Strong product management experience and expertise.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new domains (HR, Payroll, Finance).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness and decision-making skills.
- People-first approach and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
