Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support to our residents, assisting them with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and social engagement. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives the highest standard of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, including washing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility issues, enabling them to move safely and comfortably
  • Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
