Job Title: Quality and Environmental Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Environmental Manager to join our team at Boyd Recruitment. As a key member of our HSEQ team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and environmental management across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective quality and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality and environmental procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with quality and environmental management.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality and environmental management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
