About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Environmental Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSEQ) department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and environmental management across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective quality and environmental management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality and environmental procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with quality and environmental management.
- Develop and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to quality and environmental management.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality and environmental performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and environmental performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality and environmental management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and cooperation.
