Overview:
We are seeking dedicated professionals who are enthusiastic about assisting individuals with developmental challenges and their support networks.

The team includes a variety of specialists such as Social Workers, Community Health Practitioners, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Experts, Art Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Mental Health Professionals.
The Support Services Coordinator will be an integral part of the social work unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
The position involves direct engagement with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.
The primary objective of the Support Services Coordinator is to assess whether the current support arrangements effectively address the needs of clients and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making informed recommendations regarding support services and coordinating adjustments to ensure that needs are met in a personalized and strengths-focused manner.
Required Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
The Support Services Coordinator will participate in interdisciplinary meetings, present case information, and communicate efficiently with clients and their families, as well as various internal and external collaborators.
Additionally, the Coordinator will be tasked with drafting precise and comprehensive support plans and evaluations.
