Role Overview
Mears is seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Coordinator to join our team. As an Accommodation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting asylum seekers in their right to work asylum application process with the Home Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient allocation of bed spaces to minimize income loss for service users
- Relocate service users between properties as needed, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with regional teams and the transport team to ensure a positive service user experience
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience
- Previous office environment experience
- Medium-level Excel knowledge and understanding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, and reliable
