Overview

We are looking for a committed and skilled Housing Scheme Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions, delivering essential support to residents in specialized housing environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Housing Scheme Coordinator will ensure the provision of exceptional support to service users, enabling them to set, pursue, and accomplish their personal goals.

  • Facilitating individual and collective service objectives.
  • Overseeing the effective delivery of services in line with local regulations and policies.
  • Providing an inclusive and comprehensive service offering for residents.
  • Managing intricate casework, including safeguarding, domestic violence, mental health issues, and more.
  • Ensuring property management aligns with health and safety standards.
  • Conducting routine inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
  • Engaging with the community through direct interactions.
  • Supervising team members and fostering their professional growth.
  • Acting as a deputy to the Senior Living Manager.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Contributing to the financial management of People Operations Services.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex casework.
  • Background in property management and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Dedication to customer-oriented service delivery and ongoing enhancement.
  • Prior experience in a similar Housing Scheme Coordinator role.
  • Enhanced DBS certification.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage lone working scenarios.
Position Details

This is a temporary Housing Scheme Coordinator position, offering 35 hours per week, initially for a limited duration, with the potential for extension or transition into a permanent role.
