- Manage intricate casework, addressing issues such as safeguarding, domestic violence, mental health, and more.
- Oversee property management, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular property assessments and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Engage with the community through direct interactions.
- Contribute to financial oversight for People Operations Services.
- Possess experience in property management and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certification.
Employment Details: This is a temporary position for a Housing Scheme Coordinator, requiring 35 hours of work per week for an initial period, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.
