Health, Safety, and Environmental Consultant

to join our dedicated Health and Safety team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site and scaffold inspections at Ian Williams Limited worksites.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols, risk assessments, and legal standards, and generate reports on your observations.
- Foster relationships with personnel at all levels within the organization to enhance cooperation.
- Influence workplace behaviors to promote a culture of effective health and safety management.

- Provide health, safety, and environmental guidance, training, and support to operational staff and site management teams, including advice on risk assessments, competency standards, policies, and procedures.

- Perform incident investigations and conduct annual audits of local offices.
What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in a health and safety capacity or the ability to demonstrate a commitment to a career in Health and Safety.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with others, solve problems, and manage various inquiries or situations.

- A strong commitment to prioritizing the health and safety of others in all activities.

- Attention to detail and a sense of ownership over your work are essential.- An inquisitive nature, comfortable with asking questions, establishing facts, and respectfully challenging unsafe practices.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to pursue further qualifications relevant to the role.- Proficiency in using various IT systems.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
