About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Principal People Recruitment. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients across various industry sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their health and safety needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct health and safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for implementation.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to clients to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety best practices and commercially feasible solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and industry standards to ensure clients are compliant.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level 6 qualification.
  • Certified or Chartered Member of IOSH is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with clients.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites across the South East, with a full UK driving license.
  • Consultancy or client-facing experience is beneficial.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus fully expensed travel and benefits.
