The NW London Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS) is dedicated to a transformative agenda in maternity care, aiming to implement the recommendations from significant national reviews and reports. This initiative is focused on enhancing the quality of care provided to expectant and new parents.
Within this framework, the NW Maternal Medicine Network (MMN) is committed to delivering equitable pre-pregnancy, antenatal, and postnatal services for individuals with notable medical conditions that may affect their pregnancy journey. Additionally, the LMNS oversees other specialized networks aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable infants.
The Networks collaborate with various maternity units to ensure comprehensive care across the region.
As a Maternity Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and organizational support to leadership teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and educational events, as well as assisting in data collection and communication with service users to gather insights on their care experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a highly efficient and professional administrative service to the NWL Maternity Networks, including the Maternal Medicine Network. You will assist in managing both ongoing and new projects, gathering necessary information and addressing inquiries as needed.
- Effectively manage and prioritize your workload while collaborating closely with the Lead Midwife for Maternal Medicine and other leadership team members.
- Demonstrate proactivity and sound judgment in addressing and prioritizing issues that arise throughout your workweek.
