Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing theatre team to enhance patient care and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with senior clinical team members to develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the duty lead rota and deputise for the Theatre Manager as required.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Previous theatre leadership experience and a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and clinical skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Professional registration with the NMC/HCPC and relevant qualifications in healthcare leadership and management.
  • Experience of using Microsoft and Excel to manage data and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
