About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team at The Priory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided across our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the clinical services operation, including nursing and therapy teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, statutory regulations, organisational and local policies, procedures and professional standards.
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Recognised post-registration qualification and full membership/accreditation of a relevant professional institution.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing clinical teams.
  • Strong background in quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
