We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Care and Clinical Services to join our team at Priory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical services operation across the hospital, ensuring compliance with legislation, statutory regulations, organisational and local policies, procedures and professional standards.
- Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure they comply with and aim to exceed quality standards and achieve performance indicators.
- Foster a culture of meaningful engagement with patients and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Recruit, develop and manage a team of clinical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Recognised post-registration qualification, together with full membership/accreditation of a relevant professional institution and evidence of continuous professional development.
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and continuous improvements.
- Forward thinking, proactive and creative.
- Strong background in people management.
- Experience of leading, implementing and reviewing quality initiatives in a related environment.
