About the Role

Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Services Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the clinical services operation across our hospital, ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Recognised post-registration qualification and full membership/accreditation of a relevant professional institution
  • Experience of leading and managing clinical teams
  • Strong background in quality improvement and patient safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
