Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high-quality support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve agreed milestones.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective support and guidance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery and contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of support and guidance.
