We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients who are struggling with addiction, providing them with the support and guidance they need to overcome their challenges. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing one-to-one support to clients. If you have a good understanding of the harm caused by alcohol and drug use and a sympathetic approach to people who misuse them, we encourage you to apply.

Aquarius is a charity that helps people and communities overcome the harm caused by alcohol, drugs, and gambling. We are part of 'One Recovery Buckinghamshire' (ORB), a partnership between Inclusion (MPFT NHS Trust), Aquarius, and Build on Belief providing support for alcohol and drug issues across Buckinghamshire. As a Care and Support Specialist, you will be working as part of this partnership to provide support to clients in their communities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting people with addiction issues. You will be expected to work to policy and procedural requirements that include child protection, vulnerable adults, confidentiality, and health & safety. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and fulfill data requirements.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post holder to work 37 hours per week.
