Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Support clients with their medication and provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our clients. You'll need to be resilient, flexible, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. No prior experience in social care is necessary, as we'll provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.
