Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and efficient corporate receptionist to join our team at LAH Property Marketing. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional tenant and visitor experience, while also providing administrative support to our off-site Building Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming and professional ambiance for clients and tenants.
  • Meet, greet, and register all visitors to the building, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Efficiently manage deliveries, including couriers and post, and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the visitor or tenant experience at the building, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide general administrative support, as required, to ensure the smooth operation of the building.
Building Management:
  • You will be the primary point of contact for building-related queries and issues, working closely with the off-site Building Manager to resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress/maintenance log.
  • Work closely with security and contractors to ensure seamless synergy and maintain high standards of Front of House service.
Tenant Experience and Community Engagement:
  • Organize seasonal events for tenants, following direction from the regional team, to create a sense of community and foster a positive work environment.
  • Produce a monthly e-newsletter to update tenants on initiatives and encourage participation, ensuring content is always on brand.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house reception role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Facilities management experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Personable, proactive, and confident, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn in-house systems and processes.
